I’ve bought a tag from this company before, and it was great. However unfortunately this time I’m less happy - when I received my tag, the silver lettering is barely legible, and it honestly looks like a blank tag until you look at it closely.
Update: Contacted Pet Tags, and they replied immediately, and have said this should be black on silver, and are sending out a replacement. So updating to reflect the good customer service, issue sorted.
Recently ordered my second set of tags, not because of any fault with the originals but because I wanted to edit the information. Process was easy, details were all correct and order came quickly. Excellent product and service.

hi theres only 1 thing i think that could make it 5 stars and that would be a rubber protector round the edge of the id tag to stop it clinking on his chain and his bowl when he eats or drinks cheerz
