Orders are dispatched within 24 hours via Australia Post standard post, with delivery typically taking 3–6 working days (longer for non-metro areas). If you have purchased Order Protection, please let us know if you don't receive your order within 6 working days.  Without Order Protection, please allow 10 working days for delivery. Please double-check your shipping address, as incorrect details may incur a $4.00 reposting fee. For New Zealand, allow 14–30 days for delivery. Orders arrive in a standard white envelope-check your mail carefully. Notify us of non-delivery within one month to ensure prompt assistance.
