FREE DELIVERY Australia wide.

We dispatch all orders within 2 business days with Australia Post standard postage.

As our orders are classed as letters and not parcels, we are reliant on using Australia Post.  Unfortunately from 14 April 2024, Australia Post will deliver letters only every second day instead of daily for 98 per cent of locations across the country. 

We send orders from Adelaide, so letters posted within South Australia should be delivered in 4-5 working days while orders delivered outside of SA could take up to 8 working days.

The service in smaller towns, and especially regional and remote areas could take longer.

We are not able to deliver letters to Parcel Lockers.

For Metro delivery, if you have purchased Order Protection, please let us know if you don't receive your order within 5 working days if in South Australia or 8 working days if in other metro areas.

For Non Metro delivery, if you have purchased Order Protection, please let us know if you don't receive your order within 10 working days. 

Without Order Protection, please allow an additional 5 working days.

For New Zealand delivery, please allow 14 -30 days. 

Your order will be delivered in a normal white envelope, not parcel packaging, so may be mixed up with other mail from your letterbox.

We require notification of non-delivery within one month.
