About Shipping Protection

From just $1.99 you can add Shipping Protection to your purchase at Pet-Tags.com.au. With Shipping Protection, if you’ve entered the correct and complete Australian delivery address but do not receive your order within 7 working days, we’ll resend your order by standard post at no extra cost.  For delivery to New Zealand, we’ll resent your order if it is not delivered within 20 days.

If you choose not to purchase Shipping Protection, please allow up to 14 working days for Australian delivery and 30 days for New Zealand delivery before contacting us for a replacement.

Please note, we may not offer shipping protection during periods like Christmas when post deliveries are much more unreliable.
