I’ve bought a tag from this company before, and it was great. However unfortunately this time I’m less happy - when I received my tag, the silver lettering is barely legible, and it honestly looks like a blank tag until you look at it closely.
Update: Contacted Pet Tags, and they replied immediately, and have said this should be black on silver, and are sending out a replacement. So updating to reflect the good customer service, issue sorted.
