Great product, fast delivery and when there was a problem with the engraving because I mistyped our phone numbers it was quickly sorted.
These dog tags are very tough and durable. Like other reviews have stated, the picture displayed on the website doesn’t do it justice.
The tag was for a new puppy so the size is appropriate. I had some difficulty in activating the smart tag although I had registered my account, but I got there in the end. Perhaps "new puppy brain fade" was the reason. The puppy was my 14th dog but my first smart tag - so appropriate for the C21st!
