Refund Policy

As our pet ID tags are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for refunds unless an error was made on our part. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@pet-tags.com so we can resolve the issue promptly - we prefer to send a replacement tag rather than issue a refund.

If you made a mistake when placing your order, we can offer a 25% discount on a new order. Please double-check tag dimensions and details before ordering, especially when using a mobile device, as errors can occur easily.

If your tag’s engraving is correct but not clear or legible, email us a photo at info@pet-tags.com and we’ll arrange a free replacement.

If you haven’t received your order after 10 working days, please let us know. Note that we are not responsible for postal delays due to industrial action or other issues beyond our control.
