At Pet-Tags.com.au, your satisfaction and your pet’s safety are our top priorities. Because our pet ID tags are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns for refunds unless we have made an error in engraving or order fulfilment.

Custom Products: Each tag is individually engraved based on the details you provide. Please double-check your information before placing your order, as changes cannot be made once engraving has begun.

Our Mistake? If we have made an error with your order, such as incorrect engraving or sending the wrong tag, please email us at info@pet-tags.com.au with your order number and a photo of the tag. We will promptly send a replacement at no extra cost.

Customer Error: If you made a mistake when submitting your order, we offer a 25% discount on a new tag. Please ensure you carefully check tag dimensions provided for every product and size as we do not refund if the tag is not the right size for your pet. Please also check your engraving details before confirming your order, especially when ordering via mobile.

Tag Quality: If your engraving is correct but not clear or legible, email us a photo and we’ll arrange a free replacement.

Non-Delivery: If you haven’t received your order after 10 working days, please contact us at info@pet-tags.com.au. While we cannot be responsible for postal delays outside our control, we will do our best to assist.
