Custom Products: Each tag is individually engraved based on the details you provide. Please double-check your information before placing your order, as changes cannot be made once engraving has begun.

Our Mistake? If we have made an error with your order, such as incorrect engraving or sending the wrong tag, please email us at info@pet-tags.com.au with your order number and a photo of the tag. We will promptly send a replacement at no extra cost.

Customer Error: If you made a mistake when submitting your order, we offer a 25% discount on a new tag. Please ensure you carefully check tag dimensions and engraving details before confirming your order, especially when ordering via mobile.
